SHIPPING POLICY

Products are shipped in 100% biodegradable materials whenever possible (even the tape). Jewelry is gift wrapped in a small box with cotton padding inside, and then mailed in a biodegradable and water-proof bubble envelope. Larger pieces are padded with paper and shipped in cardboard boxes.

Labels are purchased from USPS or UPS at the lowest possible cost in order to pass along the savings to you. Pre-made, non-custom pieces are usually packaged and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping methods are selected at checkout and range from 1-5 business days.

Shipping is currently available to all US states and territories, as well as Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not loving it, or change your mind? That's okay. I accept returns in original condition shipped back within 30 days of the day you received the item. To return an item, please contact us.

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer (unless an error has been made on our end).

If you're returning jewelry, please place it back into the small box and ship in a new bubble mailer. If you're returning a larger piece, please place it back into the original box (if possible) and place your new label over the old one. This ensures products are safe and sound on the return journey.

Refunds are processed when the item is returned item is received.
